So there are some things in life that always go well together. Peanut butter and jelly, pie and ice cream, Friday night and Netflix. Well there are of course style pairings that we all love as well. Jeans and a tee shirt, chambray button up with just about anything. Well there are two pieces you already have in your wardrobe that always look good together.
I’m talking about gingham and denim. These two are perfect to start wearing together, if you haven’t already, to finish off the summer and head into fall.
Why should you love gingham and denim together as much as I do?
First, because these are two things almost everyone already has in their closet (#shoppingmyclosetwin)!
Second, there tons of ways to pair them together. White denim and gingham shirt is a summer classic. What about a gingham top with a denim skirt? Or this look with a gingham jacket over denim? Or, my favorite, all white with a gingham scarf accent.
Lastly, these 2 wardrobe staples that always look good together will last your beyond your summer BBQs. Switching up the colors will bring this dynamic duo into the fall as well. Instead of white denim, wear black or wear gingham print in your winter accessories to keep this combo going all year round!
