It’s my favorite time of the month again…Birchbox arrival time!
I am actually pretty excited about the products that I got in this month’s Birchbox. For those of you who haven’t heard of Birchbox, it is a $10 a month subscription service where you fill out a survey about your beauty interests and they send you five sample size products to test out once a month.
This month I received five products that I can actually see myself getting a lot of use out of in this coming month.

Coastal Scents Revealed 2 EyeShadow Palette Set in Sunset
This is cute little eyeshadow palette with three shimmer shades and one matte brown.
I really like the packaging because it is re-sealable. I think it would make for a great travel size palette. Especially since it is all “nude” shades, it makes for a versatile little palette

COOLA Tinted Matte SPF 30 for Face
This is a matte finish moisturizer with SPF 30 (exactly what it looks like)
I am interested to test this one out. I will probably save it for when I’m in a sunnier climate. I really hope that this works out well under makeup. You guys know that I’m always looking for a product that will keep me matte for longer!

I already love this scent! It is a blend of “madarin, rose, and sandalwood” and it smells so good!

Perlier Body Cream in Shea Almond
This is a rich hydrating cream with a silky finish.
I plan of taking this one in my travel bag as well. I really like this thick kind of cream for a hand lotion in the airplane and afterwards as my skin gets all kinds of dry and dehydrated.

suki Exfoliate Foaming Cleanser
This is a 2-in-1 cleanser and exfoliator. It has a strange bead-like texture but smells so refreshing and lemony.
Yet again, I am going to be traveling with this product in the coming weeks. I hope that I can get a mini facial while on the road with this little pot ‘o product

Supergoop Daily Correct SPF 35 CC Cream in Light/Medium
I really like this stuff! The color matches my skin tone really well and looks very natural. I like it as a foundation in place of a BB cream for a “no makeup” makeup look. It gives quite a bit more coverage but is just as easy to apply
Beauty Protector Protect and Detangle Leave-in Conditioner
This is a really nice leave in product. I didn’t find that it weighed my (fine and oily) hair down or made it grease up any faster. I don’t think that it totally compares to It’s a 10 leave in product but it has a lot of the same benefits: shine, anti-frizz, heat protectant etc
Sumita Color Contrast Eyeliner – Jamun (Deep Purple)
I haven’t used this as much as I could have but I wanted to point out that this stuff does not come off! The color is deep enough that it looks natural and not too purple. Really great for any long lasting eyeliner needs
Number 4 High Performance Shampoo and Conditioner
Love this shampoo/conditioner duo! It is great for fine flat hair. If it weren’t for the price tag, I would buy the full size version. It really did give me some bodacious hair!
