Haircare Haul

Hi guys!

If you watched/read my November Favorites and UNfavorites, you will know that I have started a quest for products to achieve big volumous hair. I picked up a few new products that I hope will help me in my goals

Take a look!

As my favorite shampoo/conditioner duo was out of stock when I went to re-re-re purchase, I picked up this L’Oreal pair. So far I have been liking this product as it is formulated for both color treated hair AND flat fine hair. This is a combo not often found, especially at the drugstore. They also have the bonus of smelling AWESOME! Super fresh and herby.

I have used all other products in this Oxygen Moisture line and had great luck with them. So far I have liked this leave-in foam just as much especially when used with the Root Pump Spray. It gives some hold without feeling like a product is in your hair and it amplifies the lift given by the root spray.

Compared to the L’Oreal Boost It Mousse from my November UNfavorites, this mousse could be from a totally different company. It gives light hold, huge volume, and leaves behind only a little residue. I am able to use this mousse to get volume that lasts me several days without making my hair overly oily, greasy, or crunchy.

This is a basic product that everyone should have in their arsenal but I only purchased recently. It is a basic teasing comb with 100% boar bristles and gets the job done. The pointed tip at the end makes fro easy sectioning as well.

This is the mother of all hair tools to getting volume injected into your hair. I love these rollers as they give me both curl and volume in one single step. These rollers take a little bit to heat up but I just plug them in at the beginning of my morning routine and they are ready when I need them! Big thumbs up for hot rollers!

These are the 1.75 inch velcro rollers and boy do you get volume! I put them in, blast them with the hairdryer, spray with hairspray, blast once again, and then let them cool. This leaves me with pageant worthy hair. I’m talking super sized!

How do you get full bodied hair?
Please share with me in the comments!

Until next time,
Ana Luiza

I've tried the sulfate free Loreal shampoo before, but it didn't work for me 🙁 I hope it works for you! Another drugstore shampoo that's sulfate free is the Shea Moisture brand one, it smells so amazing.
