When your lipstick and your dress match plus are a violent shade of hot pink, you have achieved Elle Woods status. I saw this dress at Nordstrom Rack and fell in love! How can you not love the bright hot pink! And with the drop waist ruffle, I feel extra feminine. I added the white jacket and leopard print clutch to complete the look but I have to say I live it better without. Looking back at these pictures it feels a little too Jersey Shore for my normal taste.
