Stuart Weitzman boots are always a crowd pleaser. From the Lowland and Highland styles to the 50/50, these boots are always a knock out and favorites for celebrities, models, and bloggers alike. The small drawback however is these killer boot’s killer price tag. However for the fashionista on a budget, never fear, there are alternatives out there!

Stuart Weitzman Lowland Alternative

First, we tackle the Lowlands, the over the knee boots that has everyone swooning but is still functional for everyday use.

Dolce Vita ‘Neely’

The Dolce Vita ‘Neely‘ is the closest cousin to the SW Lowlands in looks minus a few slight changes. A zipper closer to the arch makes this OTK boot easier to slip in and out of while still giving you that same Lowland look. Most importantly, these boots are great for ladies with wider calves who find the Lowland boots too snug for their legs.

Ivanka Trump ‘Livi’

Currently, just over $50, these Ivanka Trump boots give you the same Lowland feel but are easier to get on and off thanks to the strategically placed zippers. Slightly more roomy in the calf, the Livi boot would be ideal for those with average calf width as many reviews with slim calves reported the boot slipping. Finally, the faux suede makes these the most budget friendly option out there (especially on sale!)

But what about the Highland? They are the ultra-sexy over the knee boots that make your legs go on for miles. Well, I’ve found some options that won’t set you back a month’s rent.

Steve Madden ‘Gorgeous’

The closest to the Highlands in appearance, the Steve Madden ‘Gorgeous’ boots created quite a stir when they were launched as no other designer had released a boot quite as similar to the original. While many things are similar between the two styles, the Gorgeous will run a bit looser in the calf and hurt less on your wallet

Sam Edelman ‘Kent’

Another very close alternative to the Highlands is the Sam Edelman Kent Boot. Reviews say that this boot is the closest to the original as they have the same thicker heel, clinch tight above the knee, and don’t slide down. The differences? Faux suede and a much smaller price tag.
