New hair, don’t care!
I love to finish off the summer with a change in hairstyle. Cutting off all the damage from pool and sea water makes me feel like I have a clean slate to start off the next school year.
Coco Chanel once said “A woman who cuts her hair is about to change her life” and I wholeheartedly agree. I have a full Pinterest board devoted to when I find myself in moments like these and recently that board has been littered with pictures of natural blonde ombre styles.
I decided to give it a go and return to my childhood roots
I went to Wink Salon here in Seattle and had my hair cut and colored by Bonnie and this is how it turned out!
BEFORE
Mousy, slightly ashy light brown hair
DURING
Left – With foil and plastic wrap galore! Letting my hair cook for a while.
Right – Post wash, pre toner
AFTER
Ready to find out if blondes really do have more fun!
