This is another look that I wore over this past weekend. Super casual but I would say this was my first official summer outfit! It hit the 80’s on Saturday and I think everyone in Seattle was out enjoying the sunshine. It is a stereotype that if rains all the time here in the Pacific Northwest but every stereotype has a grain of truth from where it started. So yes, when the temps get above 65, everyone is outside soaking in the vitamin D.

Saturday night was also the Night Market at the University of Washington, hosted by the Taiwanese Student Association. We went and checked out all the goings on, and I was amazed at how many people turned out!
There were tents lined up all the way around Red Square (the central open space on campus for those who aren’t from around here) and each tent was sell a small selection of food for crazy cheap prices. We were able to test out a whole bunch of different foods and drinks without spending a fortune. Even us vegetarians had a large selection of food to choose from, which isn’t always the case.

On a totally unrelated but very important note, Ebates is having their Sweet 16 Celebration now through May 18th. They are offering 16% cash back on over 150 stores including loads that I shop at regularly!
If you haven’t heard of Ebates, they are an online service where you get cash back when you shop online. How it works is you sign up, then select the store you want to shop at, which will take you to the store and you just shop as usual. However before you click on the store, Ebates will tell you how much percentage cash back is being offered that day. After a few weeks you will receive an email saying that you are going to get X amount cash back from that purchase and a check will be sent to you in the mail. It’s literally as easy as signing up and remembering to visit Ebates first when online shopping.
Now 16% cash back is pretty much unheard on Ebates. I’ve only ever seen it get up to 8% and only ever on a small select handful of stores at a time. With this special promotion, it’s like they are paying you to shop!
If you are interested in learning more about Ebates and signing up, you can find more about them HERE. I have had excellent experiences using them and highly recommend signing up if you are an online shopper.

I love what you did with the chambray top! I usually think of that fabric as more casual, but you put a business-casual twist on it that I love! I'm so happy to connect with other Seattle area bloggers!
