I just wanted to quickly share this cute ruffle sleeve top from the Target x WhoWhatWear collection. While it’s no longer online, it is still available in store in the sale section. It is a great alternative to this top that I’ve been lusting over since I saw it in the Spring catalogue. This is one of many great pieces from their spring collection. You’ll be seeing more of those pieces over the coming weeks as my last Target trip went a little off the rails…
