Neutrals in Winter (with a #ClassicStyleGirl Twist!)

wearing neutrals in winter (with a classic style twist)

I don’t know what it is about this time of year but all I want to wear is neutrals. Something about the grey and chilly weather that makes me break out all the grey, black, and camel. However since we are #ClassicStyleGirls, what is life without a pop of color?!

Adding a small (or not so small) silk scarf is my not so secret way of amping up  what could be qualified as plain outfit. I’ve talked about it here before but it is worth repeating because it’s such a killer style hack! It’s especially important in the winter when we’re gravitating to those darker muted shades.

Side note: After looking at these photos, I think I would have been better off wrapping my scarf around one more time for a shorter kerchief look. Next time…
