Virtual Window Shopping, Vol 7

Happy Leap Day friends! It only happens every four years and I always think that I’ll do something special to celebrate but honestly, it’s shaping up to be just another rainy Saturday. This weekend we have tickets to see Tom Papa’s stand up comedy here in Seattle. That should be a fun little date night. The last time I saw stand up comedy live was when Andrew took me to Vancouver, BC to see Trevor Noah. That was a really fun trip. I’m not super familiar with Tom Papa’s stand up but I know that he has a special on Netflix (I haven’t watched it yet I’m planning on it) and he’s been featured on a bunch of the late-night talk shows.

Other than that, we’ll be hanging out at home. I’ve been cleaning out my closet in a major way and I hope to get some of the better pieces listed on Poshmark. Aside from that, there’s a new episode of SNL on Saturday so you know I’ll be watching. John Mulaney is hosting (speaking of stand up comedians) and he is one of my favorites.

While it’s raining and cold here in Seattle, I’ve got all things spring on the brain. I’ve been doing some serious window shopping lately because I just can’t stand to wear long pants and wool socks anymore. Give me all the dresses and floral prints, please! Anyways, here’s a little of what’s been catching my eye.

Virtual Window Shopping, Vol 7

Free People Maxi Dress

I’ve seen this dress on several different bloggers and I’ve loved it on each of them. It seems like the kind of dress that is easy to wear but makes you look like you really got dressed up. I’ve seen others wearing it with flats, sneakers, booties, and heels and it looks good with each different shoe option. Of course, I like the pink version of this dress but there is also a yellow one that is really pretty too.

J.Crew Weekday Tee

Just a cute and simple graphic tee. It would be a great “mom duty” tee-shirt for me on days when I just wear jeans, tee, and flats.

Tuckernuck Navy Stripe Swing Shirt

This is a one-size-fits-all shirt and I’m almost convinced. I’ve seen it on a couple of different body types and it looks nice on each. It just seems like an easy loose-fitting shirt for everyday and travel. I also love the rainbow version.

Tuckernuck Pink Peplum Top

Another darling top from Tuckernuck. I love this color obviously but it also comes in black if pink isn’t really your thing. It’ a peplum top but it also has a slight high/low hem which looks so flattering on.

BB Dakota Eyelet Blouse

How darling is this?! It’s so pretty and feminine without being over the top bows and pink. I love it! Perfect for spring and summer

BB Dakota Lace & Chiffon Top

Another gorgeous feminine top that doesn’t remind me of my grandma’s old curtains. Plus you can get it with Amazon Prime shipping. Win!

Tuckernuck Packable Bow Hat

One of my big issues with straw hats is that you can’t easily travel with them. This hat solves that problem as it’s packable. You roll it into a cone shape and it will bounce back. It says you can use a steamer to get out any wrinkles

Rothy Loafers

I’ve been considering investing in a pair of Rothy’s for a while now but still haven’t made the plunge. I’ve heard that they truly are as amazing as they sound. The problem? Which color to choose! I’m tempted by the pink gingham pair obviously but I think the camo or leopard would actually get more wears.
