The Best Hidden Gems from Old Navy

jeans under $100 - Old Navy rockstar jeans - the best jeans under $100 - best affordable jeans - best affordable denim - how to wear double denim

I feel like Old Navy kind of gets ignored in the online world of fashion blogging. I even never really thought about Old Navy as a place to shop until a few years ago. That was when my eyes were opened. While it is a fast-fashion retailer, I’ve discovered a handful of items from Old Navy that I think are worth the purchase.

Today I wanted to highlight the best hidden gems you can find at Old Navy

Best Old Navy Clothes for Women

Elevate Athletic Leggings

I’ve pledged my love to the Elevate leggings more than once on this blog. I think they are a fantastic athletic legging, especially if you like compression legging that will really hold you in.

Workout Clothes in General

Overall I’ve had great luck with Old Navy athletic clothes. They carry trendy colors and patterns like this matching set. Given the price point, the activewear actually holds up well in the wash. As someone who doesn’t like to spend top dollar on leggings and sports bras, Old Navy athletic clothes have been a great find.

Warm Jeans

These are a brilliant invention and all denim brands should get on board. Take a pair of jeans and put a lining in them. Voila! You get the added layer of warmth without the bulk and discomfort of putting on longjohns under your jeans. As someone who is always cold, I can’t recommend these enough

Rockstar Skinny Jeans

I discovered these jeans a couple of years ago and was shocked at how much I liked them. Are they as good as $200 Paige designer jeans? No, but for $30 I was amazed at how comfortable they were and how well they fit! Unlike many other denim brands, I really appreciate that Old Navy is an affordable brand that also carries multiple inseam options. Big fan!

Chambray Shirts

A chambray shirt is a wardrobe staple but it’s not a piece of clothing that needs to be expensive. I really like the Old Navy chambray shirts because they are lightweight, which is great for layering. They have a couple of different wash options depending on if you prefer a darker chambray or a light wash. And it’s under $30

Boyfriend Flannels

I swear Old Navy comes out with the best flannels right before Christmas! They carry classic fit flannels but I think that the boyfriend relaxed flannels are the better option. They are a bit longer so you can easily wear them with either jeans or leggings. They are also looser through the body which allowed me to wear my flannels well into my pregnancy. This brings us to the final Old Navy hidden gem…

Maternity Clothes

Most maternity clothing is stupidly expensive and really cheaply made. Either that or they are decent quality and hundreds of dollars. Neither was what I was looking for when I was pregnant with Teddy. Enter Old Navy with a decent selection of maternity clothing staples. Are they the greatest quality, no. But everything is priced accordingly. You can find a good pair of maternity jeans (with the panel or without), tees, sweats, and stretchy dresses for really reasonable prices. They also have some trendy pieces so you can still feel fashionable as your belly grows.
