Is anyone else like me and just love a dress that you can twirl around in? Something about a skirt or dress that fans with a good spin or moves by itself in the breeze just brings out the childlike joy and happiness within me.

This number by American Rag from several years ago is no exception. It is a little retro but with modern materials so the look doesn’t seem dated. I added some cat eye sunglasses to add a little more the that retro vibe and finished with my favorite Kork-Ease sandals.
